Eat, Sleep, Read!!!
We believe that eating, sleeping, and reading are essential to the well-being of the mind and body. Academic success is important, and many students struggle to achieve it. Our solution is not only to promote academic success, but to eliminate the underlying causes that contribute to distractions, such as mental frustrations or social pressures.
The mental well-being, health, and safety of the children are just as important as becoming avid readers. The Eat, Sleep, Read program's mission is to promote the well-being and broaden students’ horizons through reading, community service, and peer bonding.
Take a look at what we have in store for the Summer!
This program is only available for children ages 10-15.
Reading
Summer is perfect for getting in lots of books. Books are a gateway to conversation about life, growth, friendship, pain and everyday struggles. Books are also fun! Summer is a great time to read about adventures and imaginative worlds.
Play
Summer is here! It's time for fun in the sun! We will be doing many activities, including survival camping tutorials, hiking, and pool days.
Community
The summer is a perfect time to contribute to giving back to the earth. We will be planting trees and gardening to engage our students in creating a cleaner and healthier environment. Our Community Clean-up will also continue throughout the school year in Trenton.
